Don,

 

Next time you have a computer problem, do what I used to do.....put on a headband with one turkey feather in it, grab a rubber chicken, and prance around the computer (or router when more appropriate), practicing a strange chant, and slap some sense into the beast with the rubber chicken.  If all else fails, you'll feel better by being silly.

 

Networking problems are fun.  There's a router/wireless access point downstairs with 1 PC connected via Ethernet.  Upstairs, there's a PC in one room, and in my room, there's a wireless bridge feeding a 8-port switch which goes to 3 PCs and a networked printer.  When there's a problem here, it can affect anything from 1 box to the whole place, but it also makes troubleshooting it easier too.

 

I noted KNZR off as well, and was really shocked to find nothing else in there.  In the past, I have logged the following on 1560 during KNZR (and earlier KPMC) downtimes...

 

* WKOG - Gordon GA

* WTAI - Eau Gallie/Melbourne FL

* WQXR - New York

* KQYX - Joplin MO

* KCAD - Abilene TX

* WAGL - Lancaster SC

* WTRQ - Warsaw NC

* KGHO - Hoquiam WA

 

1560 used to be one of my favorite frequencies.  Its a shame there's nothing there anymore.  When KSFO (560, for those unfamiliar) was off a few nights back, I almost sprained my ears just to make out KLZ, and I only IDed them 30 seconds before KSFO came back on.
