[IRCA] LWBC TA in NE Oregon

0345utc, 162 France coming in poorly. The usual heavy static. So far, not as
good as last evening. No hets noted on MW freqs.
At 0410utc 189 Iceland now heard poorly; 162 doing better, with fair audio.
Signals fade up and down slowly. At 0438utc 198 UK heard poorly (plus
beacons 198 DIW,NC and 200 5M,BC). At 0444utc 153 heard with brief fadeups
of very poor audio; at 0448utc 171 had traces of very poor audio. 162 France
is consistently the best, with occasional medium-level audio.
