[IRCA] KEVA test

In here nicely 2/20 2207-40 EST with code only in spite of QRM from 2
semi-locals. A new logging.

Also did some experimentation with receiver settings that might be of
some benefit to others in hearing tests that include code. Set receiver
to USB, switched to 375 hz CW filter, tuned to 1241.2 khz (USB BFO offset
on my receiver is about 500-600 hz below center tuning), and the code was
then VERY clear with the semi-local yacking reduced to mild mumbling in
the background. Slight retuning of the dial will change the beat-note
pitch to suit your ears and dodge QRM.

No luck on WOKY, though. Unfortunately, I didn't think of the above
technique soon enough to apply it in this case. Thanks to those setting
up and operating these tests!
