[IRCA] KEVA Test

KEVA-1240 heard with fair to good signal at 2315 PST tune-in.  Listened
for about 10 or 15 minutes.  Code in fine but no audio possible thru the
Susanvilles, LeMoores, Elkos and others.  Thanks mjr.............

No luck on the other tests.  WISN frequency covered by Dinuba &
Vancouver...no sign of Art or code.  WOKY was pretty hopeless to start
with as KNEW 910 slops + all the western stations on the frequency.  FL
on 1490....sure.
