First let me apologize to all the Canadians on the list for mispelling
Celsius.

At the time the temp of  -2 to -5 Celsius was being reported, it would have
had to be a station more toward the central part of the US.  This area has
not seen those temps for awhile.  Today International Falls, MN & Orr, MN
were reporting -35C earlier this morning.  Here on the shore of Lake
Superior the old 'warmer near the lake" ploy is working.  We had -31C
earlier this morning.
