[IRCA] Format Change

Note especially Bob P, Al Lehr, Curtis McM & John (up in Novato)....

1510  CA  KMZT (?) San Rafael......tune in 11/1 1610 and here instead of
Beethoven I get the Rolling Stones + announcement a few minutes later
that I am listening to 'Oldies 1510'.....Imagine they changed calls as
well and will check at top of the hour to see.

The fellow that owns(ed) this station had stated he was bound &
determined to make a go of a classical music outlet on AM.  Guess he ran
out of available spending cash for this unlikely project.  Difficult to
see how he will benefit by going to rock oldies when we have a older
more established station in KFRC-610 that has made a successful venture
using this format.  Well, good luck to them, I like rock oldies......
