[IRCA] New San Francisco HAR

Don,

	New HAR heard today in the East Bay loud & clear over Belvedere, but to
me the call sounds instead like WPEI-433 (vs. WBEI).  This is also
consistent with WPEI-434 in the East Bay and WPEI-436 in
Pittsburg-Antioch.

	We have to get these announcers to ID with the phonetic alphabet!
