Hi All:
There was an opening towards Europe last
evening, but nowhere as good as the one here on the evening of September 6.
Signal levels were low and conditions very noisy. Mostly carriers heard,
with a few producing audio. Carriers alone were on 153, 162, 171, 999, 1044,
1062, 1125, 1179, 1224, 1296, 1422, 1449, 1494, 1503, 1539, 1557, 1566 and
1584. Those producing audio and recognised were 1215 (UK), 1314 (Norway)
and 1377 (France). I also heard Big Band music on 1008 which could have been
Holland and Classical music and a male talking in a language I did not recognise
on 1134 which could have Croatia.
