[IRCA] KQNA-1130-Prescott Valley AZ

A friend just moved to Prescott Valley AZ and informs me that News-Talk
station KQNA running 1 KW ND daytime only is not going off until 9:15 PM
(MST) nightly. Apparently they are on a timer and goes off at 9:15:17.
They don't get out well, but being on that late with 1 KW ND, there
might be a shot at them. I have never seen them reported. They are CNN
News in the evenings before s/off.
