Don, 
Since they're Salem-owned, I'd expect conservative 
political talk on 1220: Hugh Hewitt, Bob Bennett, 
Mike Gallagher, Dennis Prager, maybe Laura Ingraham
if she's not already in that market. Sounds like their 
stunting is similar to what Salem did with the 590 in San 
Bernardino a year or so back. 
FYI, their 960 in Phoenix is nicknamed "The Patriot," 
and if Salem feels that moniker succeeds, they may use 
it in the Bay Area, too.
