[IRCA] Call Change-Local

1220  KNTS  CA  Palo Alto (x-KSFB)...Noted 1010 PDT 7/4/04 (while
driving to church).  Playing string of patriotic songs (nostalgia circa
1942) and announcing as 'The New KNTS'.  Format still seems to be
Christian though.  Just checked at 0045 7/5/04 and they were running a
combination Christian/Patriotic program and being pretty consistently
buried by Canyon Country/Santa Clarita.

The former call of KSFB (or KFSB-I can't recall which is correct) was
running some strange programming the last month of operation.  More or
less still Christian/Praise programming during the day they were found
running ESPN Sports and several lesser light talk programs from time to
time during the late hours.  They also had Christian programming once
every so often at night.  Never knew what you were getting.  Also think
they've cut power lately (probably actually running their allocated 140
or so watts).  I think they were running at least 250 for the past 6-8
months.

In these days of increasing difficulty on the AM band even a local call
change is a big event...........
