Interesting as Lee Rodgers at KSFO-560 announced last week on the air that a solution to the problem was shortly coming and that listeners should let him know how reception quality changes.

XEPE is off now (I didn't check earlier in the day) and there is still just an open carrier on 780. The good news is that 920 has not come on yet.
