[HCDX] Noise and more noise DX

Bolivia, 6134.77, Radio Santa Cruz,  0930-0945  Noted a male in Spanish 
comments
for a minute, then at 1033 local music.  Lots of mixing with Brazil station 
on 6135.
Best heard using AM ECSS. But there's not escape from the terrible noise on 
the
bands this morning.    (Chuck Bolland, September 10, 2008)

So much noise this morning.  It's reasonable I suppose because of the 
hurricane Ike
being nearby, but chances are when the hurricane departs, the noise will 
still remain.
Big headache!
