covered:

11784.58 is Brazil !! peaks 0900-1000 UT when also RAE 11710 signal is 
great, see

11780."

Noted VoINS Jakarta today 0800-1400 UT 11784.94 kHz, could easily decode 
Malay 0900 UT, Thai language 1000 UT etc.
