[HCDX] 12260 UNID.
UNID. 12260 Russia?? While looking for Wrekin R. Int., found an
Asian-sounding signal here from 2236-2300*. Audio was extremely weak but it
was definitely a broadcast station. Checked 6130 but if there was anything
there, it was overpowered by an adjacent strong station. Who would this
have been?? (Valko 5 April)
