The CVC people could use a copy of PWBR in order to find out what is going on on a determined channel.  One single glance at their Channel-to-Channel Guide would suffice.  The WRTH is less user-friendly in that respect, I am afraid.

I also doubt it very much, as the IFRB ceased to exist in 1995. It was
replaced by the part time Radio Regulations Board :-)

I do not know if Radio Educación is reporting to the international frequency
registration board; probably they are not, which would explain why there are
unnecessary clashes like this one.
