Jari,
"CVC La Voz" is produced in Miami. Their programming is fed by satellite to their Chilean txer site and other affiliates in Latin America. A few years ago when they still were calling themselves "Voz Cristiana" they used to greet one or two Latin American affiliates on the half-hour, which created some confusion among DXers.
I do not know if Radio Educación is reporting to the international frequency registration board; probably they are not, which would explain why there are unnecessary clashes like this one.
