[HCDX] UNID 1300 kHz - Spanish language religion program

Can anyone suggest which Spanish-language station I might have heard broadcasting
religion on 1300 kHz at 0550 UTC this morning?

The accent is very difficult to get around and the speaker goes on and on
and on in the same tone until he faded out shortly before 0600 UTC. I actually
wonder if the speaker has an Irish accent!
