Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 0908-0930  With a sudden sign on at
0908, caught the canned ID as, "... en .. Santa Cruz".  This followed with
live Spanish comments from a man who also mentioned "Santa Cruz".  At 0910
music presented.
