Unfortunately what he is saying is "radiografia" end "ecografia", which are
among the services offered by the enfermeria. There's no ID or mention of
town that I can hear.

A hospital and 'infermeria' are mentioned ...then is there a reference 
to 'Cusco'?   In the middle of the recording "Radio ....." and "Eco ......"


A little later Radio Cristal del Uruguay was clear on the frequency.
