[HCDX] More ID help appreciated!

Can anyone help with transcription/ID of this station recorded on 1470 
kHz last night - 0120 UTC.

A hospital and 'infermeria' are mentioned ...then is there a reference 
to 'Cusco'?   In the middle of the recording "Radio ....." and "Eco ......"


A little later Radio Cristal del Uruguay was clear on the frequency.
