[HCDX] DW changes for South Asia

As heard in DX Program "Antenna" of DW Radio's Bengali Service on May
29,2006 during 0100-0200UTC on 9895kHz:

>From October 29,2006 Deutsche Welle Radio's Bengali,Hindi & Urdu
Transmissions will undergo a major change. There will be 15 minutes
increase in total of Hindi & Urdu Transmission Time.

Here is the schedule as announced in the DX Program. I mentioned it in
UTC.

Bengali Transmission

0100 to 0130UTC & 1500 to 1530UTC.

Hindi Transmission

0130 to 0200UTC & 1530 to 1600UTC

Urdu Transmission

0200 to 0230UTC & 1430 to 1500UTC

As there was no mention of Urdu Service's present 1700 to 1730 UTC
transmission change or termination etc, I believe it will remain
unchanged as before from October 29,2006.

So, there will be two 30 minutes duration transmission (in the morning &
night) for Hindi & Bengali Services from October 29,2006. And there will
be three 30 minutes duration transmissions for Urdu Service if the
present 1700-1730 UTC transmission remains.

73 & 55
