[HCDX] African on 5025 kHz

I'm hearing an Afropop station on 5025 kHz, for the SECOND time. This Sunday, I also got French anouncements here and sounds like a brand new stations. Any idea ?

Also, this Saturday night, noted the Rebelde FM programming over 610 (Bahia Honda) for the FIRST time. more on that later...
