[HCDX] GTRK-Magadan's local px back on SW

RUSSIA

According to my monitoring in Japan, GTRK-Magadan
reopend to service its own local px on SW since
middle of March. Since long ago, this station had
carried only R.Rossii on SW freqs.
I received local px on 234 and 7320kHz at 2010-2100
(general px), 2300-2310,0200-0210, 0700-0710 (local
nx and weather rep) on weekday, but not checked
5935kHz yet.
