[HCDX] VOA via RTI on 1350

21 March at 1805 noted Voice of America program "Borderline
Crossings" on 1350. And during the program, host Larry London
mentioned that program can be heard also "via RTI in Europe".
So, Radio Tatras International (mw transmitter in Kuldiga, Latvia)
is retransmitting VOA's program. Their website www.rti.fm shows
"Larry London Voice of America" at 1900 CET.
I guess Borderline Crossings is scheduled at 1500 UT on VOA.
