Nice idea, but for me (I who I am in Germany) one country is missing: The
USA!
I brought some 80c stamps (a sheet of 10) for SASEs to USA stations when I
was in
Maine in 2005. Now, however, US postage has been increased to 84c.
And ordering 4-cent supplement stamps from USPS online would cost an extra
6$ postage...
Couldn't some fellow DXer in the US send me a sheet (10 pcs.) of 4-cent
additional-postage stamps in return for either one buck and one of those 80c
stamps, or for a similar number of German 15c stamps (German overseas
postage has also been increased from 1.55 Euro to 1.70)? Paypal could be an
alternative for the 1.24$ costs.
People interested in this please contact me off the list.
