[HCDX] India - 4760

India, 4760, AIR, Port Blair, 0030-0100 Noted a woman in possibly English
news and comments until 0043 then flute music presented. Couldn't tell
exactly if the language was English since the signal was really poor.
However, the PassPort says English during this period. At 0055 to the hour
a mixture of comments and music. (Chuck Bolland, February 27, 2005)

Tajikistan, 4760, Radio Free Europe, 0100-0200, Opening announcement, "This
program is brought to you by the Voice of America, Washington." Then in to
Tajik language comments and features. Parallel programming on 7275 KHz.
This freq (4760) is fair to good, while 7275 is armchair. (Chuck Bolland,
