It wasn't difficult to find out what "betar" meant, you could have done 
the same. All you have to do is type "betar" and "bangladesh" into the 
address bar of your browser.
You end up with the result which means "radio" Next time you need to 
know something, exercise your fingers and use the greatest storehouse of 
knowledge humanity has yet to create: the internet.
