7185 BANGLADESH, Bangladesh Betar, Feb. 26 1232 in at fair-to-poor level 
(SIO 232) with EE program. ID as "this is the external service of Bangladesh 
Betar", into national news, commentary on economic development in 
Bangladesh, assortment of Bollywood-like Bengali songs.

Heard on Grundig YB400 PE with only whip antenna..  My first new SW country 
logging in years, so I am rather pleased with it as I don't have the most 
advanced receiving set up.

What is meaning of "Betar"?  I presume it is Bengali for broadcaster or 
network?
