A few from this morning... all times/dates GMT.  Note the odd 1300 test.
Anyone in the NRC or IDXD who can spill the light?

1020 CUBA Radio Reloj, unknown site; 0921+ 23 Nov., good and mostly alone
(no trace of Cuban jammers). 

1060 MEXICO XEEP Radio Educación, México, DF; 0915+ 23 Nov., good w/ nonstop
classical music, // strong 6185.

1300 USA unID; 0925-1005 23 Nov., someone here testing or doing maintenance
w/ a nonstop loop consisting of a six-second ~800 Hz test tone followed by
canned M "CBS Radio Network Channel 42."  Quite mutant.  Fair level and
mostly dominating, seemingly some groundwave.  From Florida?

1360 FLORIDA WKAT, Miami; 0932+ 23 Nov., classical music, usually atop WMOB,
Mobile.  Canned Id by M at 0958, "WKAT, Miami... serving Miami-Dade, the
Palm Beaches..."

CORRECTION: my Tocobagadx #74 6920 log is of Undercover Radio (not
"Underground") -- bad brain cells at work.
