[HCDX] UNID on a 9706,5 kHz

This night August 28 I 2107 UTC I heard a strange station with bad modulation fading out around 2115 UTC. Exact frequency was very difficult to measure. My AOR 7030+ sync. detection told it might be 9706,5 kHz. Programme was consisted by continuous music. It sounded like Caucasian. More observations needed.
