[HCDX] R. Minivan
Hearing R. Minivan via Julich on 13855 kHz quite well here in Helena, MT w/ long talks by a man w/ several mentions of R. Minivan, India, etc. There seems to be some intentional jamming of sorts consisting of beeps and buzzes but not enough to hinder readability (at least here) but maybe more in the intended target area.
