broadcast on 8749.00 Khz at 1833HKT. Broadcast was for boats participating in 
the 2004 China Sea Yacht Race. Report sent via e-mail April 10. Full detail fax 
received April 21. Signed by Ailsa Angus, Sailing Manager.
