[HCDX] Hard to Id station

Hi all,
        received a station called, i think 'Radio Fidor'?? Not sure if that
is correct name; it gave an e-mail address but was unable to hear it
properly. Anyone able to help?

Heard it on 21.569 MHz at 12h25, 26th March 2004, playing middle of the road
English and possibly Spanish music. At 12h30 a news broadcast. Language not
Spanish but more middle eastern, really not sure. SINPO 33323.
Using an AR5000 and colinear antenna. 55N 1W
