[HCDX] Radio Netherlands Frequency Change

Just received from Ehard Goddijn of our Programme Distribution Department:

As from Monday December 22nd the RNW-frequency for English via
PetropavlovskKamamchatskiy, Russia at 0959-1057 UTC will be 7315 kHz instead
of 7260 kHz due to interference in the Far East.
