[HCDX] China on 4840 kHz

Hi,

last night (5 OCT) I heard a Chinese station on 4840.36 kHz at 2140 UTC with Chinese
songs and talk.
I think it was Heilongjiang PBS, although it is scheduled with a sign-on at 2200 UTC.
Its signal level was declining as it was the time of Sunrise in that area.
Heilongjiang is rare here in the middle of Europe. It is the most distant Chinese
station.
Could anybody with better position confirm it is really Heilongjiang on this
off-channel frequency? Thanks.
