[HCDX] Fw: Voice Hindi changes evening freq from 13635 to 9880 khz

Further to below msg recvd confirmation from Voice Intl - Freq Mgt that Voice Hindi service 
has added 9880kHz. for the time slot 1400-1700.( Not 1100 -1700 UTC)

The scheduled hours (UTC) for hindi txn are now :
0100-0400 11850kHz
0500-1100 13630kHz
1100-1400 13635kHz
1400-1700   9880kHz ( ex 13635)

Voice Hindi changes evening freq from 13635 to 9880 khz

Tuned into Voice-Hindi today evening @ 1530 UTC to find out that 
the freq has been changed from 13635 khz to 9880 khz.
They are having continious announcements reg change of the 
freq on their older freq 13635 khz , regualr programming
continues on new freq 9880 khz.
Seems like this change is effective for the time period - 1100 to 1700 UTC.
