[HCDX] Cuba 590 back on

Listening to a very good (repaired) 590 transmitter as I
type at 1900+ GMT, May 25th.  This has been off for many,
many weeks.  Prior to that, it was for ages running at low
mod though always high power as Radio Musical Nacional's
flagship transmitter for that national network.  However (at
least today) it's on with Rebelde, baseball coverage.
