This is my last comment about this unid 9270 (at least for
a while) :)).
On 19 May at 1830 on 9270, the station with vibrating carrier
and Middle-East/Central Asian sounding music was again
audible. And it is Tajik Radio, second harmonic of 4635.
Not a Turkish harmonic, but harmonic anyway :).
