[HCDX] 9720 UNID

9720 KHz @ 2220 Friday 10th May  UNID with Indian and ME style MX, OM
announcer. Deep cyclic QSB peaked to SIO 222, some QRM from MOSSAD/numbers
stn. Could not identify language. Best on LSB.

Can't seem to find any reference other than Mossad on this frequency. Ideas
(TX sprog?)?
