[HCDX] UNID 9795 "Radio Bardow?"

9795    UNID station in odd language runnintg non-stop pop music from
0200 to 0235+ UTC 5/5. Music had a Middle Eastern flavor and the
language sounded Norse or something along those lines. Is this Wales? No
EE was noted though.
Any help would be appreciated. The only ID was a 0230 before what
sounded like News a female "Radio Bardow" or something close to that.
