 Benin: ORTB, Cotonou, April
11,2003, at 21:05-21:28 on 7210,2 kHz with very strong signal and talk
in
           French,
Afro-music, ID "Ici Radio Benin, Radiodiffusion Television du Benin" SINPO
43433.
           Later, the
same night (21:40-21:58) I heard the ORTB from Parakou(tent) on 5025.15 kHz.
That
           time there
was a French/Vernacular talk mentioning Benin, African ballads. No
IDs.
           After 21:45
many static noises interfered very hard, so I couldn't listen
clearly.
