at 0430 UTC 4/9. Not bad in 2.3 filter on LSB. Listed as 100 kw.
Several mentions of Bayerischer. (PM-OR)

12085    Mongolia, Ulan Bator, fair with CC program from 0930-1000 UTC,
then Interval signal and woman ancr in EE "This is the Voice of
Mongolia, English" at 1000 UTC. Then gave frequencies and times for
English services. 4/8. I can't seem to log any other times in EE except

13640     Ireland (non?), good with NA service  at 1845 UTC 4/8. Lots of
news on Iraq. Off at 1859, leaving an open carrier.
