675     VIETNAM, Hanoi, rec. e mail QSL in 5d after f/up. Report was
from 1998. I never received a reply from origional report. V/S: Anh Van

I am pleased with this. Not a new country QSL'd as I have Vietnam on
1010 from years back, but still a nice one. (PM-OR)
