[HCDX] Spanish Sahara QSL after 28 years

Hi all,

After a Google search for the former director of Radio Sahara from 1975, I 
found him still at Radio Nacional de Espana. His personal e-mail address is 
pablodalmases@xxxxxxxxxxx and he is retiring soon.

He still writes passionately about Spanish Sahara and describes it as a sad 
epoch in the history of Spain.

If you've been sitting on a reception report for 28 eyars like me, I 
suggest you send Pablo an e-mail soon.
