[HCDX] Radio Farda now on

Hi all,

Just listening to Radio Farda (ex-Radio Azadi) 15290 at 0620. So it looks 
like the change in slogan and formatting has changed. The music was 
certainly more "poppy" than I would have expected on R Azadi.

Also audible on //17675 though not as strong here in the South Pacific.
