[HCDX] FM on 4840-1

Ran across a station FM'ing wildly on 4840v, just for laffs turned to FM 
mode and voila, an Arabic broadcaster in nicely! Still don't have an ID, 
but am running tape as I type this.

More as ID time approaches...
