[HCDX] MADAGASCAR

It seems clear that Madagascar have 2 Radio Stations now

(1) The official Station RTM which is on  5010, 6138 and 7155
3287 was off and has been heard to-day 
It S.on at 03.00 and for the moment [due to the unrest] it went 
off at 17.02  instead of 19.00 after usual ID, NA and IS.

(2) The station backed by Marc Ravalomanana, the mayor of Antananarivo
and self appointed president is on 9685  from 03.00 to 20.00
and 5000 which have moved to 4990  is from 17.00 to 03.00.
