[HCDX] RCI QSLs

Hi all

I reported the French transmission of RCI at 15325 around 1930 UTC both
on 14 January and then again on 14 March. The January QSL has come back
marked Meyerton and the March QSL has come back Ascension. Both souvenir
"World DX Friendship Year 1973" cards.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct - did the relay change location
somewhere through that period. Or, does anyone have an email address for
Bill Westenhaver?
