[HCDX] MW from Azerbaijan

Hi all,

At the moment (1903 UTC and further on) I hear Azerbaijan 2nd program (Araz)
on 1476 kHz with fair strength. Slightly QRMed by UAE Radio. I presume
Pirsagat tx has returned to its nominal QRG after some tests (or faults) on
1460.

Parallel frequency 1359 kHz, reported by Mauno Ritola in Signal bulletin a
couple of weeks ago, is also heard, but this one is wery weak. Could it be a
move from 549 kHz channel? The latter is widely occupied by Mayak synchro
network in nearby Russia, so Araz might feel itself QRMed on it.
